摘要
金属硫蛋白具有重金属解毒、抗辐射、清除自由基和抗氧化、抗衰老等多种重要生物学功能,具有广阔的应用前景和市场潜力。北京大学通过特殊的诱导技术、先进的分离技术,利用产品贮存稳定性技术和高度灵敏、快速、简易和高度重复性的分析技术,以处理后的兔肝为原料,经分离、纯化,制得了兔肝金属硫蛋白,金属硫蛋白的收率可达到0.3％,原料品纯度达70％以上,精品达95％以上,产率和纯度都达到国际先进水平。
Metallothionein possesses biological functions such as heavy metal detoxication, antiradiation, elimination of free radical, antioxydation and antisenescence etc. ; it is expected to enjoy wide application and good market. Through special inducing technology, advanced separation, purification, product storage stabilitation and highly sensitive, rapid, simple, repetitive analysis, using treated rabbit liver as raw material, the Beijing University has prepared rabbit liver metal-lothionein with an yield of 0. 3% ; purity of crude product above 70% and the refined above 95% up to international advanced level.
