摘要
目的 :探讨应用中医传感针观察脊髓损伤 (SCI)后伤段脊髓氧分压的变化及其与病理变化、神经功能损害的关系。方法 :改良Allen法致伤大鼠脊髓 ,于伤前和伤后 1/2、1、3、6、2 4、72、168h ,用中医传感针技术测量脊髓氧分压 ,应用光、电镜观察脊髓病理变化 ,应用斜板试验评价大鼠运动功能。结果 :SCI后伤段脊髓氧分压明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,与病理变化及神经功能损害的发生发展一致。结论 :中医传感针可应用于测量SCI后脊髓氧分压 ;
Objective: To observe the change of spinal cord oxygen partial pressure (PscO 2) using sensing needle,and to study the relationship between PscO 2 and pathological changes in spinal cord tissue,as well as the motor function on the inclined plane.Methods:Rats were conflicted to a spinal cord contusion by using a modified Allen's method.PscO 2 were measured by sensing needle preinjury and 1/2,1,3,6,24,72,168 hours after injury.Motor function assessment of spinal cord after trauma and pathological change in spinal cord tissue were inspected.Results:PscO 2 decreased significantly ( P <0.01) in acute SCI,and it's in accordance with the pathological change in spinal cord tissue and the motor function.Conclusion:This study suggested that sensing needle can be used effectively in measurement of spinal cord oxygen partial pressure and posttraumatic oxygen deficit plays an important role in the pathogenesis of SCI.
