应用精密测温仪测定穴位与非穴位温度的探讨 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨穴位与非穴位温度差异及变化,研制了精密穴位测温仪。该仪器温度分辨率为1×10^(-2)℃,热量分辨率是1×10^(-2)J,测温范围31~41℃。用此仪器测定44例,87穴次,非穴位87次。非穴位温度71次(81.6%)低于穴位,16次(18.4%)高于穴位。同一穴位留针1、3、5min,温度无明显变化(P>0.05),相同穴位针刺深度不同(0.5~1.5cm),温高升高(P<0.05)。 In order to study the difference of temperatures in the acupuncture point and the non-acupuncture point,a precise point-measurement instrument was developed by us.The distinguishable rate of heat is 1×10-2J,the rate of temperature is 1×10-2℃and the measuring range of temperature is from 31 to 41℃ in the instrument 87 points and 87 non-points were measured in 44 persons with normal body temperature.In 71 of 87,the non-point temperatures were lower than the point temperatures and in the remaining 16.On the contrary,the non-point ones were higher than the point ones.The point temperatures underwent no significant changes with the instrument kept 1,3,5 mins at the same point (P>0.05).However,the point temperatures at the same point differed significantly with depths of acupuncture (P<0.05).
