携氧复合液治疗脊髓损伤的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究携氧复合液对脊髓损伤的治疗效果及其机理。方法采用Allen法制造兔脊髓损伤模型,应用携氧复合液治疗脊髓损伤,观察脊髓运动功能恢复情况及脊髓组织学改变。结果携氧复合液组脊髓运动功能评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01);其伤区灰、白质变性、坏死程度及范围等病理改变明显轻于对照组。结论携氧复合液有明显恢复脊髓神经功能的作用,其作用可能是增加了脊髓组织的供氧。携氧复合液对急性脊髓损伤有一定的临床应用前景。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of oxygenated compound liquid on spinal cord injury. Methods Spinal cord injury in rabbits made by Allen's method were treated with oxygenated compound liquid. Motor function assessment of spinal cord after trauma and pathological changes in spinal cord tissue were inspected. Results There was significant difference between oxygenated compound liquid group and control one in motor function assessment (P<0.01). Morphologic findings of oxygenated compound liquid group revealed slighter degeneration and necrosis in gray and white matter than in control group. Conclusion Oxygenated compound liquid could obviously enhance the recovery of neurologic function through delivering more oxygen to the tissues inside of and adjacent to the injured spinal cord segments.
