摘要
目的 :探讨茶多酚对糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用。方法 :大鼠尾静脉注射链脲佐链菌素形成糖尿病大鼠 ,测定茶多酚对糖尿病大鼠口服葡萄糖、蔗糖和淀粉后 0、1和 2小时血糖的影响 ;并同时测定大鼠血胰岛素、C肽、糖化血红蛋白、一氧化氮及内皮素。结果 :茶多酚能抑制糖尿病大鼠口服蔗糖和淀粉后 1和 2小时的血糖的升高 ,稳定糖尿病大鼠的糖化血红蛋白 ,升高其一氧化氮而降低其内皮素。结论 :茶多酚能改善糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量 ,稳定其血糖 。
Objective:[WT5”BZ] To investigate the effect of tea polyphenol (TP) on the levels of blood sugar in streptozocin induced diabetic rats. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ] the model of diabetic rats was made by injecting streptozocin (STZ) from caudal vein. To measure the blood sugar in rat at 0, 1 and 2 hour after taking glucose, sucrose and amylum. At the same time, blood insulin, C peptide, GHbA1c (glycosylated hemoglobin), nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) were measured. [WT5”HZ]Result:[WT5”BZ] TP can not only restrain the increase of blood sugar in STZ induced diabetic rats after taking sucrose and amylum, but also stable the level of plasma GHbA1c, increase the level of serum NO and decrease the level of serum ET. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] TP can improve the sugar tolerance and stable the level of blood sugar in STZ induced diabetic rats. The mechanism may be that TP can restrain amylase activity in STZ induced diabetic rats. [WT5”HZ]
