摘要
本文利用碘离子对鲁米诺—H_2O_2—AuCl_4^-发光体系的抑制作用,在盐酸胺碘酮的定量水解条件下,通过对碘离子的定量测定,实现对盐酸胺碘酮有效含量的测定,效果满意。
The paper was based on Lumion-H_2O_2-AuCl_4^- luminescence system which was restrained by Iodrole ion. When Amiodroni Hydrochloride was quantitatively hydrolysed, Iodrole ion was Puantitatively determined. Therefore the quantity of Amiodrone hydrochloride has been calculuted, and the satisfactory results were obtained.
