摘要
目的考察注射用盐酸胺碘酮与5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用盐酸胺碘酮与四种输液在室温下配伍后8 h内不同时间的含量变化,并观察溶液外观性状及pH的变化。结果注射用盐酸胺碘酮与10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后,pH及含量均有明显变化;与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍8 h内,各项指标均无明显变化,溶液稳定。结论注射用盐酸胺碘酮与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后在常温8 h内含量、外观均无明显变化。
Aim To investigate the compatibility stability of amiodarone hydrochloride injection with 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection,glucose and sodium chloride injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.Methods The content changes were determined at different times of compatibility within 8h of amiodarone hydrochloride injection with four infusions at room temperature,and the solutions of character of appearance and pH changes were observed.Results The pH value and content changed significantly after compatibility of amiodarone hydrochloride injection with 10% glucose injection,glucose and sodium chloride injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.There were no significant changes in the indicators and the solution stability of compatibility with 5% glucose injection.Conclusion The compatibility solutions are Amiodarone hydrochloride injection with 5% glucose injection at room temperature in 8 h.
