摘要
提出了一种可调节型连续轨迹生成机构的优化综合方法。通过改变机架杆杆长来实现可调机构运动参数的调节。在可调机构生成不同的函数时都存在驱动曲柄与不含乱支缺陷的前提下使得函数生成机构的最大结构误差达到最小。在建立了机构优化综合的模型后采用改进遗传算法获取全局最优解。优化综合实例结果表明了所提出方案的有效性。
Different functions can be generated by the same linkage through adjusting the link length of the fixed link. An optimal synthesis method of adjustable linkages for function generation is put forward in this paper, which guarantees that there are no branch defects and there are fully rotatable input cranks in the adjustable linkages. The optimal synthesis objective aims to minimize the maximum of the absolute structural error. After the optimal synthesis model is set up, a modified genetic algorithm is employed to obtain the global optimal solution. The result of a synthesis example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
