摘要 用解析法设计函数生成机构,要解决的关键问题是两连架杆位置方程式的求解.对于3组对应位置的线性方程组,用矩阵法可快速求解;对于5组对应位置的非线性方程组,先取3个方程推导出有关参数表达式,代入另2个方程,用限制计算精度的方法求解.该法快捷方便,而且能保证有3个精确解、2个满足一定精度的解. <Abstrcat>The key problem to be solved in establishing function resultant mechanism by analytic method is to calculate the equation of two connected rod clevis.As for the three sets of linear equation in corresponding positions,it is convenient and quick to solve them by matrix method.As for the five sets of nonlinear equation in corresponding positions,three equations are used first to infer relevant formulas of parameters,and then these formulas are put into another two equations to calculate by using the method of limited calculating precision.This method not only is quick and convenient,but also can guarantee to have three precise keys and another two keys that are in accordance with certain precision.
