摘要
目的:研究通舒胶囊对血小板聚集及凝血功能的影响。方法:应用血小板聚集仪测定通舒胶囊对血小板在体内外聚集功能的影响;用毛细管法测定通舒胶囊对凝血时间的影响。结果:通舒胶囊有明显的抑制血小板聚集及延长凝血时间的作用。结论:通舒胶囊有明显的抗血小板聚集及抗凝血作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tongshu capsule on platelet aggregation and coagulation function. Methods: By using platelet aggregation analyzer, the effects of Tongshu capsule on platelet aggregation in vitro are measured. Measure the effects of Tongshu capsule on clotting time by using capillary method. Results: Tongshu capsule can significantly inhibit the aggregation of platelets, lengthen the clotting time. Conclusion: Tongshu capsule has significant effects against platelet aggregation and clotting.
