以活性炭负载硫酸钛作催化剂,催化合成油酸丁酯。该催化剂活性高、易分离、无腐蚀、无污染,是一种环境友好催化剂。考察了影响酯化反应的各种因素,确定了最佳合成条件:Ti(SO_4)_2负载量30%,油酸0.1 mol,正丁醇0.2 mol,催化剂0.8 g,反应温度140℃,反应时间60 min。此条件下,酯化率达98%,产品收率91%。
The butyl oleate was synthesized with Ti(SO4)2/C as catalyst. Ti(SO4)2/C was an environmental friendly catalyst with high activity, easy separation, no pollution, and no corrosion. The effects of reaction conditions on esterification were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: supported titanium sulfate 30 % , oleic acid 0.1 mol, butanol 0.2 mol, amount of catalyst 0.8 g, reaction temperature 140 μ, reaction time 60 min. The esterification rate of the above reaction was up to 98% and the yield of butyl oleate was 91%.
