摘要
针对花土沟油田的储层特征,筛选出适用于不同地层(泥灰岩和灰岩)的4种缓速酸体系及其添加剂。采用岩芯动态流动试验,评价了各种缓速酸的酸化效果。短岩芯动态流动试验表明,缓速酸可使岩芯渗透率提高2.8~5.0倍。长岩芯动态流动实验表明,对3段岩芯来说,采用缓速酸时,第1段岩心渗透率提高3.2倍,第3段岩心渗透率基本不变;采用土酸时,第1段岩芯渗透率提高7.4倍,而第2、3段岩芯渗透率下降。表明缓速酸对地层深部酸化效果较好。52口井的现场实验表明,酸化成功率为89%,日增油在2 t以上的油井占21%。
To improve the efficiency of acid treatment for the reservoirs of Huatugou Oilfield, 4 kinds of retarded acid fluids and some additives were screened by dyamic core tests. The result of short core tests showed that the permeability of core could be increased by 280% - 500% . The result of long core tests showed that the permeability of the first core could be increased by 320% ,and the permeability of the third core was almost unchanged when using retarded acid. When using a mixture of 12%HC1 and 3%HF, the permeability of the first core was increased by about 700% ,and the permeability of the second and the third cores was decreased. It showed that these retarded acids had better effectiveness in deep acidifying of reservoirs. The oilfield tests in 52 wells showed that acidifying had been successfully carried out in 89% oil wells,and oil wells with capacity above 2 t/d were 21% .
