冀东油田高温低渗井酸化增注技术研究应用 被引量:3

摘要 冀东油田高尚堡深层区块酸化增注存在储层埋藏深、温度高、层间层内非均质性严重、酸化反应矿物含量高等问题。在室内试验研究的基础上,现场采用了酸前儿井,注入有机解堵剂解除有机堵塞、前置液溶解碳酸盐胶结物,主体酸采用耐高温低伤害缓速酸液体系,不返排残酸并及时注水等工艺措施对2口井进行了酸化处理,使用砂岩酸化实时监测系统实时监测施工质量。形成了酸前地层评估、耐高温低伤害缓速酸液体系、酸化工艺参数优化设计、酸化现场实时监测与评估、酸化施工及效果评估等酸化配套技术。不仅达到了注水井增注的目的,而且加深了对注水井目的层的物性、连通性、分层吸水能力、储层污染程度等的认识,取得了显著的效果。 It is difficult to utilize the conventional method to acidize the Gaoshangbao deep formations of Jidong oilfield because the burial depth of the reservoir is deep, the temperature is high, the heterogeneity among and in layers is serious and the content of mineral sensitive to acid is high. On the basis of indoor experiment, 2 wells have been acidized by means of the following process: flush the well before acidizing, remove the organic plugging by injecting organic plug removal agent, dissolve the carbonate cements by injecting the pad fluid, do not back flow the residual acid, inject water in time and so on. Certainly, the host acid is consisted of the retarded acid with the characteristics of high temperature resistance and low damage. At the same time, the sandstone acidizing real time monitoring system is used to monitor the operation quality. This series of matching techniques not only helps to attain to the aim of injection increase in water injection wells, but also helps to deepen the cognition to the physical property, connectivity, water intake capacity of separate zones, contamination degree of reservoir and so on of the target zone. The effect is obvious.
