摘要
针对胜利纯梁油田泥质含量高的地质特点,研制了以甲醛、氟化铵和有机羧酸为主要成分的FAC酸化液。本文介绍了FAC酸化液的酸化机理、性能及现场试验情况。结果表明,该酸液腐蚀性小,与地层的反应速度低,不易产生二次沉淀。
An acidizing fluid, FAC, composed mainly of formaldehyde, ammonium fluoride, and carboxylic acids in salt form is developed for indepth acidization of low permeable argillaceous reservoirs in Chunliang Oil Fields, Shengli. The reaction of 25%FAC acidizing fluid with thin plate glass, quartz/clay mixture, and reservoir sand are notably retarded in comparison with that of mud acid (12% HCl+3% HF) but can proceed to relatively high extent in prolonged time. The corrosivity of 25% FAC at 90℃ is low and can be decreased to very low values by introducing a little amount of corrosion inhibitor. 25% FAC is tolerent to Fe 3+ up to 800mg/l at 90℃. The field testing FAC in acidizing 4 production and 5 water injection wells (80-115℃) is successful.
