摘要
双水相体系萃取技术巳被广泛应用于酶的分离纯化。文中介绍了该技术的萃取原理、特点、分配影响因素,以及在酶分离过程中的应用,并指出当前研究工作存在的问题和今后研究的重点。
Extraction technique in binary-water phase system has been widely used in separation and purification of enzyme. Its extraction principle, characteristics, distribution influence factors and its application in the enzyme separation are discribed and the problems existing in the current researches and the key themes in the future research are also pointed out.
