大庆油田松辽盆地北部2500 m以内的中浅层井使用的水基钻井液均存在不足,突出表现为体系的抑制性差,井径扩大率大,井眼不规则;为了稳定井壁不得不提高钻井液密度,因而影响了油气层的发现和保护。为此开发了复合醇盐水钻井液体系,该体系主要由3种不同浊点的聚合醇、抗盐降滤失剂、增粘剂、超细碳酸钙、甲酸钾及甲酸钠组成。室内研究与现场应用结果表明,复合醇盐水钻井液体系具有优良的页岩抑制性,井眼规则,稳定性好;抗温可达160℃;具有较好的润滑性能和较高的膨润土容量限;保护油气层效果好;该体系使用的聚合物易生物降解,不会造成对环境的污染,对钻具腐蚀性小。
The water based drilling fluids used in the relative shallow wells within 2500 m in the north of Songliao Basin in Daqing have many problems, e. g. , poor shale inhibition, large hole enlargement, irregular borehole, etc. To stabilize the wellbore, mud density has to be weighted, and this also leads to negative influence to oil and gas discovery and formation protection. A new kind of drilling fluid system named compound polyalcohol brine system is therefore developed to resolve these problems. It is mainly consisted of three polyal-cohols with different cloud points, and filtrate reducer, viscosifier, super fine calcium carbonate, potassium formate and sodium formate. Laboratory study and field using shows its such advantages as better shale control, regular borehole and good stability. Its temperature tolerance can reach to as high as 160℃, and better formation protection results are achieved. Additionally, this system is biological degradable, and it causes little pollution to the environment and little corrosion to the drilling tool.
