摘要
近年来,松辽盆地常规油气资源接续不足,非常规致密油气资源勘探开发逐步增加,但受限于致密油地质埋藏及储层发育特点,钻井过程中出现了不同程度的问题,制约了钻井高效施工。因此,开展了致密油随钻测量仪器LWD稳定性提升、提速工具研发及钻井液优化技术研究与应用,随钻测量仪器LWD单井误工率降低了23.31%,水平段平均井径扩大率由8.63%下降至7.56%,平均钻井周期缩短10.08d,平均钻完井周期缩短13.49d,形成了高质高效的钻井工程技术系列,为致密油薄差储层经济有效开发提供了支撑。
In recent years,due to the insufficient resources of the conventional oil and gas in the Songliao Basin,the exploration and development for the unconventional tight oil and gas resources have gradually increased.However,due to the limiting factors of the geological burial and development characteristics of tight oil,many problems occurred during the drilling operations,which hindered efficient drilling process.Therefore,research and application have been carried out on the stability improvement of the measurement while drilling instrument LWD,the development of speed-increasing tools,and the optimization technology for drilling fluids.The single well error rate of the measurement while drilling instrument LWD has been reduced by 23.31%;the average wellbore diameter expansion rate in the horizontal section has decreased from 8.63%to 7.56%;the average drilling cycle has been shortened by 10.08 days;and the average drilling completion cycle has been shortened by 13.49 days.It has formed a series of high-quality and efficient drilling engineering technologies,which provides the support for the economic and effective development of tight oil in thin and poor reservoirs.
