摘要
前期研究工作表明,目前钻井液的主要污染源是润滑剂(油类)、防塌剂和油层保护剂(沥青类)及高温降粘剂(铬类),据此筛选了高效无毒的润滑剂FXJS 2(聚多元醇类,兼有防塌作用),防塌剂SD 301(聚合醇类,兼有润滑、保护油层作用),高温降粘剂SF 1(硅氟类),评价了这3种添加剂在钻井液中的相关性能。将这3种添加剂与江苏油田应用的添加剂PMHA Ⅱ、Coater、NH4 HPAN进行配伍,得到了用于江苏油田的环境无害化保护油气层钻井液体系配方X1和X2,与原用钻井液X3和X4对照,实验测定了这些钻井液的流变、滤失、防塌、岩心伤害等项性能及毒性。X1和X2无生物毒性,化学毒性小(满足有关国家标准要求),较易生物降解,而X3和X4生物毒性大,化学毒性较大且难生物降解。详细介绍了江苏油田下里河WZ地区两口探井的工程简况、使用环境无害化保护油气层钻井液施工工艺及良好的防塌、润滑、降滤失及环保效果。图1表12参4。
According to a previous research, the main contamination caused by drilling fluids (DFs) originates from oil substances as lubricant, asphaltic anticaving and reservoir prolecting agents, and Cr-containing thinners in DFs. Three highly effective and nontoxic DF additives, namely, a polyol lubricant with anticaving function, FXJS-2; a polyol anticaving agent with lubricating and reservoir protecting functions, SD-301; and a fluorosilicone thinner for high temperature use, SF-1, are choson and their properties in DFs are evaluated in laboratory. From these and other three additives (PMHA-Ⅱ, Coater, and NH_4-HPAN) successfully used in Jiangsu oil fields (JSOFs), two recipes, X1 and X2, of environmentally safe and reservoir protecting DFs for use in JSOFs are formulated and their rheologic, filtrate loss, inhibiting and core damaging behavior and toxicity are determined in comparison with previous used DFs (recipes X3 and X4). X1 and X2 are nontoxic biologically, slightly toxic chemically in the sense of requirements in the state standards and fairly biodegradable; X3 and X4 are toxic biologically, rather toxic chemically and difficult to biodegrade. The technology of drilling 2 exploratory directional wells in area WZ of Xialihe, Jiangsu, by using these newly developed DFs and the satisfactory results obtained in anticaving, lubricity, filtrate loss reduction, and environment protection are presented in some detail.
