摘要
在传统轻质碳酸钙生产的基础上,利用添加剂控制碳酸钙的粒径及形态,制备了高档卷烟纸专用轻质碳酸钙,并简述了碳酸钙在卷烟纸中的作用。使用表明:此种碳酸钙提高了卷烟纸的透气率、白度、厚度,填料保留率也有所增加。
On the basis of conventional preparation method of precipitated calcium carbonate additives were used to control the crystal shape and size of the particles.Calcium carbonate especially for high-quality cigarette paper could be manufactured by that precipitation method.Those precipitated calcium carbonate has higher retention rate and can improve the porosity,brightness and thickness of cigarette paper when it is used as the filler in cigarette paper,and more filling was reserved.It is a kind of superior special calcium carbonate for high-quality cigarette paper.
