高档卷烟纸专用PCC沉降体积控制技术 被引量:1

Sediment Volume Control Technology of PCC Used in High-Grade Cigarette Paper

摘要 高档卷烟纸专用沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)往往存在平均粒径大小与沉降体积大小之间的矛盾,生产过程沉降体积控制技术关键在于:调节粒度分布到几乎没有小于1μm的微细PCC和大于10gm的普通PCC,石灰活性200~300mL·g-1,消化水温50~80℃,浆液浓度12%~16%,碳化反应起始温度25~30℃,碳化最高温度45~55℃,稳定地进行窑气净化和24h熟浆陈化,并根据具体情况进行工艺参数调节。 There is a contradiction exists in the average particles size and sediment volume size of PCC in its production process. The key technologies of sediment volume that the size distribution is adjusted to hardly less than 1 μm subtle PCC, and no more than 10 μm the common PCC, the lime activity is adjusted to 200-300 mL·g-1, the digestion water temperature is adjusted to 50-80℃, the slurry concentration is adjusted to 12%-16%, the carbonization starting reaction temperature is adjusted to 25-30℃, the carbonation highest temperature is adjusted to 45-55℃, the kiln gas is purified stably, the cooked plasma is matured tor 24 h, the process parameters are adjusted according to the specific situation.
