卷烟纸特性对卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究了卷烟纸透气度、克重、亚麻配比、助燃剂类型及助燃剂含量对卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的影响,结果发现:5个因素的变化对卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的影响具有显著的线性规律。提高卷烟纸透气度、助燃剂含量、克重、钾盐的比例和亚麻配比,均有利于降低卷烟主流烟气中的苯酚含量;5个因素对卷烟主流烟气中苯酚释放量影响的次序为:助燃剂含量>亚麻配比>透气度>克重>助燃剂类型。 The effects of the characteristics of cigarette paper(permeability,weight,proportion of hemp pulp,type and content of combustion-supporting agent) on the phenol content in the mainstream smoke of cigarette were explored.The results indicated that there were significantly linear correlations between the above 5 factors and the phenol content in cigarette mainstream smoke,the phenol content decreased regularly and linearly along with the increase of the permeability,content of combustion-supporting agent,weight,proportion of potassium salt and proportion of hemp pulp of cigarette paper.The above 5 factors had the following order based on their effects on the phenol content in the mainstream smoke of cigarette: content of combustion-supporting agent > proportion of hemp pulp > permeability > weight > type of combustion-supporting agent.
