摘要
介绍了紫外线辐射柑桔后,柑桔果实频率特性及果汁电导率、介电常数等物理参量随贮藏时间变化的规律.实验结果表明,以紫外辐射60min效果最佳,贮藏四个多月后,果实腐烂率为18%.同时还阐述了在与果实呼吸强度及果汁的酸度、维生素C等生理参量对比分析的基础上,对用物理方法保鲜柑桔提出了初浅看法.
This paper introduced some experimental results of some parameters' charges with the preservation time for radiated oranges with ultraviotet. These parameters are frequency feature of fruit, the electrical conductivity and permitivity of juice. On the basis of cemparatively analysing some physiological parameters-the breath intensity of fruit, the acidity, the content of VC for juice, etc., some tentative ideas for keepirg orange in fresh with physical methods are proposed.
