摘要
应用电动力学理论,提出了一种测量非均匀半导体电导率和霍耳系数的方法,论述了这种方法依据的原理和计算公式,以及用此方法测量的步骤,并举例说明.结果表明:该方法所得结果与文献给出的实验结果相符,也与用其它方法测量结果一致.
Based on the electrodynamics, a new method for measurement of conductivity and hall coefficient of non-uniform semiconductor is presented. This article describes the principle, computation formula, and the measuring process of this method. A testing example is presented. The experiment result shows that the values obtained by this method are consistent with the experiment data from other literatures and other measure methods.
