摘要 本文报导应用DNA探针诊断、追踪香蕉束顶病的分子杂交技术.鉴于该探针具有高度特异性和灵敏度,香蕉束顶病的分子遗传学诊断可作为检疫依据. This paper reported the molecular hybridization technique to diagnose and detect banana banchy top disease(virus)using DNA probe. According to the high specificity and sensitivity of DNA Probe 338, the molecular genetic diagnosis of banana banchy top disease could be used as quaiantine measure.
