摘要
甘蔗系无性繁殖作物,容易因多年连续种植后受到各种病原物的反复侵染,造成产量和品质下降。本文简述甘蔗病害情况,及近年来国内外有关利用组织培养技术脱去甘蔗病毒的研究进展,并提出脱毒苗的检测方法。
Sugarcane is an asexually reproductive plant, and after continuous cropping for several years, the yield and quality generally decline because of various kinds of pathogens' infecting. The situation of sugarcane diseases and the methods of tissue culture to eliminate sugarcane diseases were reviewed in the paper, and the methods of detection were also listed.
