摘要
利用大豆饼粕、蚕蛹、酵母泥制备的氨基酸混合物口服液,其必需氨基酸组成较平衡,占总氨基酸含量的45.48%,可与鸡蛋白水解液媲美,且无毒害。该混合液还能显著增加小白鼠的体重,且小鼠龄增重效果优于大鼠龄;对提高小白鼠的抗疲劳能力也有一定作用。
An amino acid mixture,which was made from the industrial by-products(soybean cake,silkworm chrysalis and yeast slurry)and used as an oral administration,was shown in our study to be in well-balanced essential amino-acid(EAA)pattern.It contained eight EAA,accounting for 45.48% of the total amino acid content.Animal growth tests showed that its nutrition value was as good as that of hen′s egg-white protein hydrolysate and gave better results of weight gain in younger mice than in older mice.Animal anti-fatigue tests and organ examination showed that the amino acid mixture could improve the anti-fatigue ability of mice.
