面向制造设计环境下的并行工艺设计技术研究 被引量:12

Study on CEPP techniques within DFM environment

摘要 为适应面向制造的设计 (DFM)对工艺设计提出的新要求 ,在传统的工艺设计方法中引入并行工程的理念 ,提出了一种新的工艺设计模式——并行工艺设计模式 (CEPP) .它包含宏并行设计与微并行设计两个方面 ,在宏并行设计方面 ,强调 CAD与工艺设计的同步进行 ,交互往复 ;在微并行设计方面 ,强调工艺设计内部的分布式并行工艺问题求解技术 . A concurrent engineering process planning(CEPP) method is developed to meet the new needs of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for process planning, in the paper through introducing the concepts of concurrent engineering into the traditional process planning methods. CEPP consists of two parts, macro concurrent planning and micro concurrent planning. In the former, the emphasis is put on the simultaneous and iterative implementing of design and process planning; in the later, the simultaneous and distributed implementing of process planning itself is stressed. Based on feature modeling and holonic manufacturing system theories, holonic process planning and part modeling techniques the key techniques of macro and micro concurrent engineering planning are studied in detail.
