摘要
以底孔扫描规为例,以三维软件SolidWorks为平台,采用面向制造设计技术,通过二次开发技术,配合软件自身的配置功能的方法,对工序图的自动生成进行研究,实现工序图的自动生成。该方法既能应用于现实生产实践,又能实现工序图的参数化,有助于三维CAPP技术中工序图自动生成的深入研究。
The article described an example of case in which scanning gauges in bottom hole realized automatic gener- ation of progress drawing. With the help of DFM, the method based on SolidWorks which is a kind of 3D software, adopted further development technique and configuration else. It realized automatic generation method of process drawing success- fully which used design for manufacturing technique. The research could not only apply to production practice, but also be helpful to realization of process drawing parametric and the research in automatic generation method of process drawing of 3D CAPP.
