摘要
为全面提升铁路货车制造工艺技术水平,以铁路货车设计、制造工艺现有的不足为切入点,提出设计、工艺并行理念,深化基础工艺和工艺可靠性研究,推行货车工艺的工程化,采用精益制造模式,以提升工艺研发手段来实现货车的高质量制造。
To upgrade the manufacturing techniques for railway freight cars, a concept of parallelizing design and manufacturing techniques is presented in consideration of current shortcomings in railcar design and manufacture, aiming at strengthening the research of basic processes and their reliabilities, promoting the systematization of railcar production and utilizing lean production mode, so as to manufacture high quality freight cars.
