摘要
用大白鼠淋巴组织的石蜡切片和冰冻切片,探索不同因素(固定液、固定时间、染液 pH 值、孵育时间等)对 ANAE 染色效果的影响。结果显示石蜡切片和冰冻切片 ANAE 染色各有特点:石蜡切片较冰冻切片的染色定位准确,组织结构清晰,背景干净;但冰冻切片处理简便、快速,能较好地保存组织和细胞酶的活性,便于定性分析。
We have studied the influence upon ANAE staining in paraffin and frozen section of mouse's lymphatic tissue by different factors(fixative,fixing time, pH,and incubative time).The experimental result shows paraffin and frozen sections stained with ANAE each have its own advantages.The staining of paraffin section indicates exact locating,clear histological structure,and clean background.The frozen section is easy to treat,with rapidity,and can keep enzyme activity in tissues and cells,and is easy to analyze qualitively.
