摘要
本实验用电镜及定量细胞化学技术证明糖原诱出的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)体积增大,皱折和伪足增多。细胞质中吞噬体和溶酶体增多。酸性磷酸酶(AcPase)、非特性酯酶(ANAE)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性增强,而5核苷酸酶(5Nase)活性则与对照组无明显差别。
Using electronmicroscopy and quantitative cytochemistry we found that the body of mouse peritoneal macrophages elicited by glucogen became increasing, the membrane ruffles and filopodia of these macrophages also increased and the phagoso-mes and lysosomes in cytoplasma of these macrophage also were increased, The activity of AcPase, ANAE and SDH of these macrophages in treated group were more high than contrast group.The activity of 5 Nase of the macrophages not exhibited different in two group.
