摘要
本文研究了烧结型 Nd- Fe- B永磁体化学镀 Ni- Cu- P的工艺过程 ,Nd- Fe- B永磁体经除油、封孔、出光后直接化学镀 Ni- Cu- P合金 ,可以获得与基体结合良好、耐蚀性高的镀层。
The technological process of electroless Ni-Cu-P plating on Nd-Fe-B magnet has been studied in this paper. The experimental results show that Ni-Cu-P coating has been deposited on the surface of Ni-Fe-B magnet dipping it in Ni-Cu-P bath, only by degreasing,blocking holes,etch polishing it,without by pre-deposited Ni-P alloy coating process.\;
