摘要
本文通过碳钢和ＮｄＦｅＢ磁体涂镀层前处理工艺的对比及磁体电沉积特征的金相分析，提出了适合磁体的前处理工艺和电沉积工艺，并结合磁体的腐蚀特性讨论了磁体的表面防护问题。
ased on the metallography and electron Probe microanalyses of the bulk and coating of NdFeB magnet, the feasible pretreatment and eletroposition process of NdFeB magnet have been presented. The corrosion behaviour and protection of NdFeB magnet were also discussed in this paper.
