摘要
对14只SD大鼠心脏窦房结进行了光镜和电镜观察。窦房结位于界嵴静脉窦侧的心外膜下。窦房结内的主要细胞是P细胞和T细胞,P细胞位于结中心,圆形或多边形,核大胞浆淡染。电镜下P细胞肌微丝量少,核大,有电子致密颗粒。T细胞位于结的周边部位,形态和大小界于P细胞与心房肌细胞之间。
The sino-atrial node was observed in 14 rathearts with microscope and electron microscope. Thesino atrial node is situated beneath the epicardiumof sinus venosus by the side of the sulcus terminalis.Within the sino-atrial node there are chiefly P-cellsand T-cells. The P-cells are in the center of thesino-atrial node, but T-cells in its periphery. AP-cells is small, irregular round or polygonal, and thenucleus of P-cell is larger and the cytoplasm shows alight stsin. Low electron density of the P-cell'scytoplasm depends upon a smaller quantity ofmyofib rillae in it There are electron dense granulesin the P-cell. The T-cell has an intermediate shapeand size between P-cell and atrial muscular cell.
