摘要
目的 观测猪心窦房结形态学结构特点。方法 用组织学连续切片 ,HE染色 ,观测 10例猪心窦房结位置、形态和组织结构。结果 猪心窦房结位于界沟的静脉窦侧 ,长轴与界沟一致 ,结的上、中部宽 ,下端变细形成“尾”。结内细胞有P细胞、T细胞等。P细胞位于结的中部 ,细胞呈多边形 ,核较大 ,位于细胞中央。T细胞为柱形 ,位于结的周边。结大小为 9.88mm× 3.78mm× 1.17mm。结论 猪心窦房结位于界沟偏腔静脉窦侧 ,组织学结构与人和其他动物略不同 ,P细胞及动脉分布的形式可能影响窦房结的起博功能。
Objective To observe the morphological structures of sinoatrial node (SAN) in pig hearts. Methods The location, morphology and histological structure of SAN 10 pig hearts were observed in the serial histological sections and H.E stains. Results The SAN of pig heart was located at the side of sinus venarum cavarum of terminal groove, and its long axis was in accord with that of terminal groove. The upper and middle part of the node was wider, but the lower part so thin just like a tail. There was P cells and T cells and so forth in the node. The P cell was in the middle of the node and multilateral in appearance, and its the muclear was large and located at the central. The T cell was cylinder in form and located around the SAN. The size of SAN was 9.88 mm×3.78 mm×1.17 mm. Conclusion The SAN of pig is situated at the side of sinus venarum cavarum of terminal groove, the histological structure of SAN differ slightly from those of human and other animals. The forms of the P cell and its distribution at the surrounding of artery would affect the pace making function of SAN.
