摘要
目的 :了解成年人心脏窦房结的超微结构 ,为下一步探讨结构与功能的关系打基础。方法 :用透射电镜观察二例男青年的窦房结。结果 :(1 )成年人窦房结中结细胞、移行细胞线粒体丰富 ,嵴多 ,密集 ;2 )结细胞、移行细胞之间有中间形式 ;(3 )结细胞与移行细胞的主要区别在于前者肌丝束排列不规则 ,无完整肌节 ,后者有 ;(4 )有些结细胞含心钠素颗粒 ;(5 )结细胞环绕密布结内之毛细血管 ,细胞胞巢外层细胞与血管贴近 ,形成保障血液供给窦房结的特殊构筑 ;(6)许多地方成纤维细胞的板状突起包绕着毛细血管外围 ,另一侧细胞与成纤维细胞、毛细血管、神经末梢紧密相关 ,构成一与功能相结合的特殊构筑。
Objective: To understand the ultrastructure of human sinoatial node and provide a basis for further exploring the relation between the structure and function. Methods: The SAN of 2 huamn adults were studied. under trans mission electron microscope. Results: (1)The P cell and transitional cells of human SAN were rich in mitochondria and had large amount of densely packed capillaries creats. (2) There were some intermediary forms between the ndeal cells and the transitional cells. (3)The chief difference between the P cells and the transitional cells was that there was complete myomere in T cells but not in P cells.(4) There was atrial natriuretic peptide granules in some of the P cells. (5) The P cells surrounded the densely distributed blood ceapillaries, the inner layer had intimate relation with the capillary wall, forming a special makeup supplying blood to the node. (6) The fibroblasts had board like processes surrounding the capillaries and other sides had intimate contact with P cells or the nerve endings. Conclusion: The P cells in the SAN have intiate relationship with the fibroblasts, blood capillaries and the nerve endings, forming a special makeup to incorporate the structure to the function of the node.
