摘要
针刺对机体白细胞介素_2-干扰素-自然杀伤细胞(IL_2-IFN-NKC)免疫调节网影响的研究,国内外尚未见报道。为了进一步从免疫学角度阐明针刺防治疾病的机理,我们进行了针刺对正常动物IL_2-IFN-NKC免疫调节网影响的实验。结果表明:针刺能够提高正常小鼠IL_2、NKC活性。针刺不仅具有促进接种NDV小鼠产生干扰素的能力,而且能够直接诱导正常小鼠产生干扰素。说明针刺对IL_2-IFN-NKC免疫调节网具有正向调节作用。
The influence of acupuncture on IL_2--IFN --NKCregulatory network was investigated Experiments wereperformed on normal mice under the treatments ofacupuncture of 'zusanli'point The results showed thatacupuncture of 'zusanli' point can induce IFN. The dy-namies curves of IFN induction was gradully raised in1~8h. The IFN peak reached at 8h and then droppedgradually.Acupuncture inereased all the levels of theIL_2 activity, NKC activity and IFN titler, This suggeststhat the effects of acupuncture on IL_2--IFN--NKCregulatory network were one of principles ofacupuncture therapy.
