摘要
本实验结果示:电针大鼠“足三里”可增强脾淋巴细胞对ConA的增殖反应,垂体、肾上腺中中β-内啡肽(β-Ep)含量下降,血浆β-Ep含量增加;首次发现电针鼠脾细胞培养上清液中β-Ep增加。提示电针作为非特异性刺激,可激活中枢神经及内分泌系统中的β-Ep细胞,释放β-Ep,经体液途径影响全身的免疫机能,传递中枢调控信息;电针刺激也可作用于免疫器官,使之产生相应的生物学效应,导致免疫细胞间调控信息的传递。
This papcr reports that the proliferative response of the rat splenic lymphocyte (LTT)induced by coneanavalin A (ConA)after clectroacupuncture (EA)and dctcrmincd β-endorphin(β-Ep)level in the brain tissuc as well as the supernatant of cultured splcnic cells by radioimmunoassay to explore the mechanism of immunomodulation.The results suggest that β-Ep is relcased when β-Ep-cell in pituitary and adrenal-medulla arc activated by EA and acts upon immunal organs in the wholc body via humoral pathway, and modulates the function of immunc cells. We report first the splenic lymphocytes relcasedβ-Ep intensively after EA. This immunoreactive-Ep from splenic lymphocyte plays a role in spleen itself as a transmitting messegc between immunc cells and influenccs and modulates mutual functions.
