摘要
本文用低硒的克山病病区粮和补硒饲料分别喂养两组大白鼠,对比观察其体内三种膜结合酶活力的变化。结果表明:饲病区粮大白鼠红细胞膜乙酰胆碱酯酶、肝细胞5′-核苷酸酶和心肌线粒体肌酸激酶同工酶活力显著降低;红细胞膜5′-核苷酸酶活力无明显变化。病区粮补充硒盐后饲养动物可防止或减轻上述病变。
This paper investigated comparatively the changes of the activities of three me-mbrane bond enzymes in the two groups of rats fed with Se deficient diet from aKeshan disease endemic area and KD diet fortified with sodium selenite separately,The research experiments show that in the Se-deficient KD diet group,theactivities of AchE in erythrocyte,5'-ND in hepatic plasmalemma and myocardialCK-Mi are significantly lower than that in the control group.In addition,the act-ivties of GSH-Px reduced and the values of TBA increased in those tissues.when the rats are fed with the KD diet supplemented with sodium selenite,the above ch-anges are prevented or lightened.The enzymes activities return to approximatelynormal level as in the control group.
