摘要
本文通过数学模型和仿真分析了死区时间对逆变器输出电压和产生附加谐波方面的影响 ,进而对电动机负载中磁链矢量偏移和附加损耗方面进行了讨论 ,同时提出了几种死区补偿分析方法 ,使 SPWM技术在实际变频系统中得到更为有效的应用。
This paper,by means of maths models and simulation,starts with an analysis of the effect of dead time on inverters in their output voltage and additional harmonic.It then discusses the vector deviation of magnetic chain and extra consumption in the motor load.Several methods for dead time compensation analysis are proposed in the hope of increasing the value of SPWM technology in actual frequency conversion systems.
