摘要
分析了变频器主功率器件ＩＧＢＴ的死区时间对其输出电压、输出电流的影响。在剖析几种常用补偿方法的基础上，提出了一种简便、实用、有效的补偿方案，并在实际交流调速系统上验证了其可行性，最后给出了实验结果。
The influence of dead time of power device IGBT on inverter's output current and output voltage is discussed.Based on the analysis of several normal compensation methods,a simple practical and effective compensation scheme is proposed,and this scheme has been demonstrated in an actual AC speed regulation system.At last the experimental results are presented.
