摘要
文中针对电压型逆变器由于死区时间、开关管非理想特性引起的死区效应进行了具体分析,计算了误差电压。基于该误差电压,提出了一种基于电流极性的电流空间矢量死区补偿方法,并在无刷双馈变频发电系统中应用,获得很好效果,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性和可靠性。
As for the voltage source converter , this paper has carried on detailed analysis on dead-time effect caused by dead time and nonideal characteristic of switching device. Based on the error voltage, this paper puts forward a compensa- tion method about current polarity predicted by the current space vector, which compensate basis the original drive signal. Finally, some experiments are carried out with and without compensation using TMS320F28335 controller, the results proved the validity and reliability of the proposed method.
