摘要
以 Mn(CH3COO) 2 为前驱体 ,制备了 Mn Ox/Al2 O3、Mn Ox/Sr O- Al2 O3系列催化剂 ,考察了 Sr O对 Al2 O3热稳定性的影响及 Mn Ox/Sr O- Al2 O3催化甲烷燃烧的活性 ,并用 X-射线衍射 (XRD)、程序升温还原 (TPR)对其进行了表征 .结果表明 ,随 Sr O加入量的增加复合载体 Sr O- Al2 O3的比表面积发生明显变化 ;高温焙烧过程中生成 Sr Al2 O4 、 Sr O· 6 Al2 O3,Sr O的加入抑制了 Al2 O3的α相变 . Sr O- Al2 O3(10 0 0℃焙烧 )负载的 Mn Ox 催化剂 ,其还原性能有较大提高 。
MnO x /Al 2O 3 and MnO x /SrO\|Al 2O 3 catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation and characterized by XRD and TPR techniques. The results show that the main species in SrO\|Al 2O 3 calcined at 800 ℃ are γ \|Al 2O 3 and SrAl\-2O\-4, while those calcined at 1 000 ℃ are γ \|Al 2O 3, SrAl\-2O\-4 and SrO·6Al 2O 3. It is also found that SrO can prevent the γ \|Al 2O 3 in SrO\|Al 2O 3 from transforming into α \|Al 2O 3 when calcined at 1 000 ℃. The activity of lattice oxygen in MnO x /SrO\|Al 2O 3 increases slightly, and its catalytic activity for CH\-4 combustion is higher than that of MnO x /Al 2O 3.
