摘要
改变锰的负载量及前驱体 ,制备了 Mn Ox/ Al2 O3、Mn Ox/ Ba O- Al2 O3系列催化剂 ;采用 X-射线衍射( XRD)、程序升温还原 ( TPR)对催化剂进行表征 ,并考察了 Ba O的加入对 CH4 低温燃烧催化活性的影响 .结果表明 ,用醋酸锰作前驱体与用硝酸锰制备的催化剂相比 ,其活性组分分散性好、氧中心活性高 ,催化 CH4 低温燃烧的活性高 .在 Al2 O3载体中掺入 Ba O,催化剂的氧中心数目没有明显变化 ,但氧中心活性有所下降 ,因而降低了对 CH4 低温燃烧的催化活性 .
MnO x/Al-2O-3 and MnO x/BaO-Al-2O-3 catalysts were prepared by changing the preparation parameters, such as amount of Mn loading, precursor, and were characterized in detail by XRD,TPR techniques. The results show that catalysts from the same precursor with higher MnO x contents have higher catalytic activity in CH-4 low temperature combustion. The catalytic activity of MnO x/Al-2O-3 prepared from manganese acetate as the precursor is higher than that from manganese nitrate, because the dispersion of Mn-2O-3 and the activity of the oxygen centers in the former are higher than that in the latter. No change in quantity of active oxygen is showed, but the activity of oxygen centers in Mn-2O-3 drops slightly for MnO x/BaO-Al-2O-3, so its catalytic activity for CH-4 low combustion is lower than that of MnO x/Al-2O-3.
