摘要
利用金属螯合凝胶法分别采用柠檬酸、蔗糖、纤维素和葡萄糖做为螯合剂制备六铝酸盐复合氧化物LaMnAl11O19,通过XRD、BET、XPS技术考察了不同螯合剂对催化剂结构及反应性能的影响。结果表明用金属螯合凝胶法制备催化剂经过1200℃灼烧可以形成完整的六铝酸盐晶相,其中用蔗糖做螯合剂所制备的催化剂LaMnAl11O19在甲烷燃烧过程中具有较高的催化活性。该催化剂在800℃下进行100h稳定性试验,催化活性仍能够保持稳定。
Hexaaluminate LaMnAl11O19 was prepared by the metal chelated -gel method. During the process the citric acid, sucrose, cellulose and glucose were used as chelating agent respectively. The chemical and physical properties of catalysts affected by different chelating agent were investigated by means of XRD, BET and XPS techniques. The results showed that the catalyst with good crystallinity was obtained after calcination under oxygen at 1 200℃. The catalyst obtained from the sucrose which was used as chelating agent exhibited higher catalytic activity in methane combustion. The catalyst stability test during 100 h at 800℃ was carried out and the test results showed that the catalytic activity for methane combustion was maintained.
