摘要
分析了苹果酒中的沉淀 ,确定主要成分为铜的高级脂肪酸盐 ,部分为硫酸钙。说明两种金属超出一定限度都能使果酒产生沉淀 ,因此各工序应严格操作 ,同时应检测果酒中铜、钙含量 ,确保酒的质量。建立了快速、准确的测铜方法。测定的回收率为 97 2 %~ 10 2 4 % ,相对标准偏差为 1 8%~ 3 6 %。
The sediments of applejack were analysed in this article,and the main composition was determined to be the high-level copper aliphatate,the other was calcium sulfate.It was explained that the both metals could make the applejack produce sediment when they went beyond certain limit,so every working process should be worked strictly,besides the content of copper?calcium should be determined to guarantee the quality of applejack.The quick?accurate determination of copper has been established.The rate of recovery is 97 2%~102 4%,the relative standard deviation is 1 8%~3 6%
