摘要
研究了某些表面活性剂对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定微量钾的增感效应 ,结果发现三聚磷酸钠对钾明显增感 ,可使测定灵敏度提高 10倍 ,并扩大其线性范围 .据此通过实验 ,确定最佳测试条件 ,提出了增感效应火焰原子吸收光谱法测定毛发中微量钾的新方法 .本法应用于毛发样品的测定表明 ,检测限为 6 .0 μg·L- 1,RSD为 0 .85%~ 2 .50 % ,加标回收率为 10 0 .3%~10 2 .6 % 。
The enhancement effect of some surfactants on trace potassium determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was investigated,and the results proved that the enhancement effect of STPP on potassium was notable.The sensitivity for the determination of potassium was 11 times that of conventional FAAS,and the linear zone of concentration was enlarged.A new method for the determination of trace potassium in hair determined by enhancement effect FAAS was proposed according to the experiment.When the method was applied to the determination of trace potassium in hair,it showed that its detected limitation to trace potassium in hair was 6.0 μg·L -1 , and RSD 0.85%~2.50%, recovery ratio 100.3%~102.6%,with satisfactory results.
