摘要
目的 观察吗啡依赖及戒断后大鼠前列腺的组织学变化。方法 皮下注射吗啡 ,建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型 ,戒断后制成戒断模型 ,实验后将前列腺组织作HE染色 ,光镜下观察。结果 吗啡依赖大鼠的前列腺组织与正常组相比明显萎缩 ,且短期戒断后这些改变仍然存在。
Objective To observe the pathological changes of prostate of morphine dependent rats.Methods The morphine dependent model of male rats was made by subcutaneous injection of morphine and the abstinent model was made after withdrawal for six weeks to observe the pathological changes of prostate with microscope .Results Compared with control group,prostatic tiusse was strikingly atrophia in morphine dependent rats and the pathological changes would exist continuously after short withdrawal Conclusion Morphine dependence may lead to atrophy of prostatic tissue in male rats.
