摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤对吗啡戒断大鼠前列腺指数和血清性激素的影响。方法:用40只成年♂Wistar大鼠皮下定量递增注射吗啡5d,建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型。d6停止注射吗啡,观察大鼠的戒断反应。自d7开始,除正常对照组和吗啡戒断组外,实验组每天分别给予不同剂量的补中益气汤(2.5,5,10ml·kg-1,ig)。5周后测定大鼠血清睾酮和雌激素水平;摘取前列腺,称体重及前列腺湿重,计算前列腺指数。结果:不同剂量的补中益气汤明显降低吗啡戒断大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数和血清睾酮水平,有升高大鼠血清雌二醇的作用,中剂量(5ml·kg-1)和大剂量(10m·lkg-1)作用明显(P<0.01)。结论:补中益气汤可明显降低吗啡戒断大鼠前列腺指数,且呈剂量依赖关系;明显降低吗啡戒断大鼠血清睾酮水平,有升高大鼠血清雌二醇的作用。补中益气汤抑制吗啡戒断大鼠前列腺组织增生的作用与血清性激素水平变化有关。
Objective： To observe the serum T ＆ E2 and prostatic index in morphine withdrawal rats treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： A physical dependent model in rats was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine for 5 days and then morphine was naturally withdrawn. From Day 7, 30 natural morphine withdrawal rats were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction （2.5 ml·kg^-1, 5 ml·kg^-1, 10 ml·kg^-1） for 5 weeks, and then the serum T ＆ E2 and prostatic index were measured, the results of which were compared with those of the natural morphine withdrawal rats treated with normal saline. Result： The prostatic index and serum T level of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction treated rats were observably decreased, and serum E2 level was increased, especially in the 5 ml·kg^-1, 10 ml·kg^-1 dose group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly inhibit the multiplication of prostate and increase the serum T of morphine withdrawal rats, which may be partly due to the evasion of the serum sexual hormone level of the rats.
