摘要
以 Sn Cl4· 5 H2 O和 Sb Cl3 为原料 ,采用共沉淀法制得纳米级的 Sn O2 微粉。用 DSC- TG、XRD、TEM和 UV等方法观测了微粉末 ,比较系统地研究了掺 Sb浓度对粉末颗粒度和电阻的影响规律 ,探讨了纳米级掺锑 Sn O2
Antimony doped tin oxide ultrafine powders in the size of nanometers were prepared by chemical coprecipitation using SnCl 4·5H 2O and SbCl 3 as starting materials. Characteristics of the powders were investigated by DSC TG, XRD, TEM and UV. With the measurements of the size and resistance of the ultrafine powders, the influences of Sb concentration on its properties are discussed. The reason of the powders' emerging light blue is also derived.
